Booking our services

All of our disco bookings are confirmed back to our clients, with a confirmation form and a receipt for deposit.

Cancellations

In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your party you will lose your deposit, unless an alternative date can be set and we are available on that date, we will then move your deposit across for you.

To cancel your event, you must contact us in writing at least three months prior to your event.

We do not take any cancellations over the phone.

Cancellations made within two months of your event will be charged a full cancellation fee.

Power Supply at Venue

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is sufficient power available on site and in the correct location.

For our Basic Disco Package we require 2 x 13 amp sockets

For our Big Disco Package we require 4 x 13 amp sockets

These electrical sockets need to be within 5 meters of the disco.

Insurance And Damage

We have Public Liability Insurance and all of our electrical equipment has been PAT tested, certificates of which are available on request.

Any equipment damaged by you the customer or a guest at your event while on the venue premises will be charged for automatically at replacement cost.

If the damage made causes the disco to stop for safety reasons no refunds will be given.

We take no responsibility for any injuries caused from the use of our bubble machines.
